An unsure future

Things have happened recently with Daniel's job, so he is in search of a new job. It's funny how life works itself out. He took this job a little over a year ago because the hours were to be a lot better, better oppurtunity for advancement but things changed.

He lost a keyholder, couldn't find a new one and was promised one beginning in the new year. Well it's now almost the end of February and he still doesn't have a new keyholder and the one that he was promised wasn't supposed to start until April now that been pushed back until June or July.

The person he has filling as a temporary keyholder refuses to close and won't work weekends either. So he's left working anywhere from 3-4 nights a week and every weekend but one and 2 Sundays a month. He spends little time with his family. Has to change his schedule unexpectedly because of meetings. The hours wouldn't be so bad if he wasn't pulling so many nights. The weekends I can deal with but it's the nights. I would love to have more than one or two nights a week to eat dinner as a family.

I'm praying that God will lead us in the right direction, somewhere that maybe we'll be able to be closer to our families.
