Wanting to sleep

Some days I feel so blessed to have two great kids. I love my children so much but there are also days when I wish I could drop them off somewhere for just a few hours, these are the days, like today when I wish I lived closer to my mom.

After getting up early the past two days, I am not a morning person, I'm exhausted and just want to lay around and rest. Unfortunately the little guy decided this wasn't going to happen, he decided to nap on the drive home so now he's raring to go. The big guy however, was nice and laid down and took a nap for me. That was nice. I thought I'd turn on the TV for the little guy to get some rest, nope couldn't find the remote. Little guy kept telling me it was upstairs but why would it be upstairs? Course, when I told him to go get it, he didn't listen but such is life. We did end up finding it as we were getting ready to come back downstairs. It was laying on the floor in our bedroom. Not sure why or how it got there (I was working, remember) but there it was.

I'm still very tired but I did manage to get a good chunk of my book finished and I think it will be in bed early tonight for me, that's if I get the bathtub fixed, kids bathed after dinner and then get them rested up so they'll go to sleep at a decent hour.
