Do you hear that?

Yeah me either. I think they call it quiet. It's really nice whatever it's called.

The kids have been driving me nuts all afternoon long. It's the weather I think. It's been cold her for the past 3 days and before that it had snowed so we've been cooped up here for a few weeks with no outdoor time. I think the "natives" are getting restless. It's suppose to warm up quite a bit this weekend into next week so I think we may get to go outside by Monday if not before. Yeah. The only problem is that little snow we got last weekend will melt and it will be muddy. At this point though, I'll take that mud throught the utility room and kitchen in order for the boys to run off their energy.

The boys were pretty bad last night too. I even put them to bed at 8:00. Which is really early but you know what? They were better this morning for me then usual. If it weren't for daddy's crazy schedule, I think I'd put them into bed at 8 every night. However, daddy works some crazy hours sometimes and until he gets home and we eat and give the boys their baths, it's almost 8 and daddy hasn't had any time with them. I have put my foot down and said they need to be in bed by 9 from now on though. Some nights they weren't getting into bed until 10-10:30-11 and then they'd still get up b/w 7-8 in the morning. Making for a very long day for me. So far this year it has worked, we'll see if it continues.

Well there goes that peace and quiet. They are suppose to be getting a bath with daddy tonight, and I can hear their screams coming down the steps. I don't even want to know.

My husband is such a patient man most days and today he is really patient. I told him when he called to say he was leaving work, that I didn't do anything today and it wasn't a good day, so he came home and made dinner. I feel so bad about that but he doesn't seem to mind if it's not all the time. He understands that my days are sometimes rough.
