Evil thoughts, I know

If you read my blog from yesterday you'll know that I've been uploading pics to get them printed. Well today I finished the kids ones, now I'm working on my flower pics. If anyone knows anything about me, you know that I love gardening. I can't say I know a lot, but what I do know I've learned from experience.

One thing that I do know, I will never get another chinese lantern plant. Those things are pretty but they spread like wildfire. I started with just a few plants 4 years ago and they spread all over the place. I'd run over them in the yard with the lawn power. They even creeped under the fence and tried to take over the back fence flower bed. I did go through last fall and pull tons of it out, however I know I didn't get nearly everything. I also know that the new owners will be cussing in a few months when they see how much it spread.

I'm actually kind of laughing, cause I know how bad it will be and I don't have to take care of it.

I do, however, have my own things to worry about in my new beds and it should be loads of fun, come spring.

I am hoping for some pretty spring flowers to come up. I sit and think about the beautiful tulips I left behind and get a little sad, though.
